During the speech, Meghan openly discussed the challenges of affording college tuition and how her strong work ethic helped her pay for her education. In her speech, Meghan emphasized the importance of education and acknowledged the struggles many face in affording it. "I’m also fully aware of the challenges of being able to afford this level of schooling for many people around the world, myself included," she said. "It was with scholarships, financial aid programs, and earnings from a job on campus that went directly towards my tuition that I was able to attend university and without question, it was worth every effort."

Samantha, however, wasn't buying Meghan's version of events. She quickly took to Twitter to challenge her half-sister's claims. "Dad paid her college tuition! She forgot the most important part of her speech and there are receipts to prove it. I love my sister but this is ridiculous. You can’t lie like this, Meg! Delusionally absurd," Samantha tweeted.
