"It’s been tough getting our new family-of-six oriented with all the necessary quarantining," she wrote. "Recovering from childbirth, starting breastfeeding again, dealing with sleepless nights, taking care of sick toddlers, and managing our own health—it’s been a lot. But through it all, we keep reminding ourselves, 'We’ve got this.'" Her words reflect the resilience and determination that define her parenting journey.
With such a close-knit family, it’s no wonder Hilaria admitted that her children are starting to take after their parents in personality and temperament. "Alec and I are very different in many ways, but we share some key traits," she told Hola! "We're both dramatic, strong-willed, and, let’s face it, a little loud. Our kids, especially Carmen, definitely reflect those qualities. Alec loves to sit down and watch something with Carmen, while I’m more of a multitasker, always on the go."
